Inventory and sales continue to improve Even with higher interest rates and elevated sales prices. Indicating there is Plenty of Buyer Demand heading into spring Market. 

Through April we are showing median sales price is $385,000 in the Twin Cities This will vary from city to city.

6378 New listing were brought to the market in April, this is up 21.5% from last month. We are close to where we were at this time last year. It is a good indicatory the market is still going good. 

3822 Homes Closed in April. This was an increase of 14.3% over March.
