What goes up must come down Right? Don't FEAR the housing Market!!

Interest rates are not driving the housing prices up- Today interest rates are around 6.5%.  We are not in the market we were 3 months ago and thankfully we are not headed to the market of 10 years ago.  As prices were rising at such a high rate with and limited homes on the market and multiple offers being written. It was inevitable the market needed to reregulate it's self to a more balanced market in which we have come to today. We are seeing more inventory of homes coming to the market and that is good for the buyers in todays market. 

Sellers- plan can for a more reasonable sales price on your home, fewer multiple offers if any and a few more days on the market.

Buyers- take some time to look (but continue to offer on the home you like quickly-if it is clean or redone it still could go quickly) and Please Get a Home Inspection!!
